About Me

Why Work With Incurably wonderful Consulting?

Most disability support is either too generic, too theoretical, or too far removed from the realities disabled people and people with long-term conditions navigate every day.

I offer practical, honest support - for organisations that want to become disability-confident employers, and for individuals trying to make difficult decisions about work and support.

The consultancy is new. The expertise behind it is not.

Proven results that speak for themselves.

Who does Incurably Wonderful Serve?

For Businesses and Organisations

One in four working-age adults in the UK is disabled or has a long-term condition. If your services, buildings or policies do not work for them, you are losing patients, customers and staff you cannot afford to lose, and the cost usually shows up as complaints, sickness absence and quiet resignations rather than a line in a report.

Incurably Wonderful Consulting helps NHS organisations, public bodies and employers close that gap. Services include Patient and Service-User Accessibility Reviews, Board and Governance Disability Literacy Training, Disability Confident and Disability Pay Gap readiness, Healthy Working Standard briefings, website and basic digital accessibility audits, and a Workplace Navigator retainer that gives employees with chronic conditions somewhere to turn and gives managers the confidence to get adjustments, absence and return to work right.

Every recommendation is tested against how disabled people actually experience your organisation, because I am one of them. What you get is not a tick-box exercise but sustainable practice you can evidence. Keep your best people. Welcome every client and member of staff.

Advice is practical and lived-experience led; it is not legal or clinical advice.

For Patients, Disabled People and People Living with Chronic Conditions

I support disabled people and people living with long-term conditions who want to stay in work, return to work, or navigate Access to Work and reasonable adjustments with confidence. That might mean preparing for an occupational health referral, knowing what to ask for and how to ask for it, understanding your rights under the Equality Act, planning a phased return, or working out how to manage energy and flare-ups alongside a job you value.

Beyond work, I help people find their way through health and care systems: preparing for appointments, making sense of letters and pathways, raising concerns, and getting the support they are entitled to without having to fight for it alone.

Because I live this too, the support is practical, honest and paced to you. The aim is not just to cope but to build a life and a working life that fits, with your needs accounted for rather than worked around.

I do not provide legal or clinical advice.

Let's Talk: Whether you are an organisation wanting to build better systems for disabled clients and colleagues, or a disabled person seeking direction on what comes next, I can provide the support and head start you need.
